Position / Job Titles:Chief Marketing Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Define strategic/operational components of the Company's sales plan, in conjunction with the Company's long-range strategic objectives.Develop marketing team that has the best possible talent in each role. This includes coaching and mentoring to retain top talent.Manage and develop network of client contacts, generate and qualify new business leads, identify new target areas and opportunities to ensure maximum sales.Ensure that goals of effective marketing of products, target attainments, value for money, productivity and customer service among others are all met by the Company through the development and review of appropriate policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS: Between the Ages of 33-37 years, Minimum of eight to ten (8 10) years of which at least four (4) years must be in sales management in any retail/ consumer market.

Position / Job Title: Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Define and implement marketing strategy, Product positioning and roadmap.Develop Product life cycle managementDevelop marketing/communication plan with the objective of reaching sale targets.Coordinate the performance of competitive analysis in order to position Product.

REQUIREMENTS: Between the Ages of 28-32 years, B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or Marketing with minimum of five years relevant experience.

Position / Job Title:Warehouse Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Ordering and maintenance of Product supplies.Receipt and storage of Products and building materials.Ensuring that surplus items are efficiently stored and displayed.Maintenance of warehouse shipping schedule.

REQUIREMENTS: BSc/HND in purchasing and supplies with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
