HOT VACANCIES IN TELECOMS

Our Client, a big player and pioneer in the Nigeria Telecommunications industry requires the services of suitable and committed individuals to fill some vacant positions in the company’s HR division.
The positions are:
1.Senior Manager,HR Operations
Qualification: First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is an added advantage with a minimum of eight years relevant experience, preferably in Telecoms with at least three years in a managerial role.
The successful candidate will among other duties ,be responsible for the overall strategic development and direction of the teams.
Core Competences/Special Requirement:
Appreciation/knowledge of International and local Telecoms industry, key issues, trends, development, operation and regulatory frame work.
Ability to think strategically and holistically and to appreciate the systematic impact of various policies issues and solutions.
Strong Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good strategic planning and decision making skills.
Strong financial/budgetary management and cost control skills.
Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
2.Senior Manager,Labour Relations
Qualification:LLB/Law degree or equivalent.
Post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is an added advantage. A minimum of Three years managerial and five years labour relations experience are desired.
The successful candidate will among other duties, be responsible for the collective agreements and negotiations between the company and the labour unions and all employee relations matters.
Core Competencies/Special Requirement:
Ability to work in a pressured environment and after hours and travel.
Effective understanding of change/transformation process.
Custodian of constitution, Labour laws and employment contract law.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Good strategic planning and decision making skills.Business and financial acumen.
Strong financial/budgetary management and cost control skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
3.Personal Assistant
Qualification
Relevant degree/ diploma or business related certificate with five years relevant experience of which three years must be in high level support environment (Executive/CEO level).
The successful candidate will among other duties, be responsible for providing high level CHRO support and office management.
Core competences/Special Requirement:
High level integrity and business ethics.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal management and networking.
to function effectively under pressure.
Willing to work after hours and ready to sign confidentiality agreement.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
4.Human Resources Support
Qualification
Relevant degree or diploma with three years relevant human resources work experience.
The successful candidate will among other duties, be responsible for providing high level CHRO support and office management and ogistics.
Core Competences/Special Requirement:
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with minimum supervision.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Ready to work outside Lagos.
