Person SpecificationsEducation/Qualifications
• Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities is essential.
• Post graduate degree in relevant field is desirable.


Experience
• A minimum of 8 years working experience preferably in the social development field is essential
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is essential
• Experience in the Nigerian policy and engagements with parliament is essentialSkill/Abilities• Excellent oral and written communication skills is essential
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills is essential
• Excellent Skills in policy analysis and interpretation is essential
Personal Qualities
• Creative and takes initiative.
• Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
• Willing and able to travel

• Masters degree in a related field is essential.
Experience
• At least 10 years minimum working experience is essential• 4 years experience in a similar position some of which was spent in sponsorship management and fundraising is essential
• Experience in writing fundraising proposals and reports is desirableSkill/Abilities
• Excellent skills in communication and report writing skills is essential
• Ability to recognise and develop new sponsorship opportunities is essential

• Demonstrable commitment to supportive team working
• Creative and takes initiative.
