1) Co-ordinator
2) Account Officer(s) - Implementation & Support
3) Account Officer(s) - Sales & Marketing Location: - Lagos, Nigeria Company: - Phillips Consulting Ltd Key Responsibilities/Skills: - The roles to be played by the successful person(s) include:
1) Review all existing course outlines and modules.
2) Prioritise them to focus based on perceived local market demand.
3) Identify those that require customisation (general or client specific) & those that can be sold off the shelf.
4) Gather and develop content for customisation for onward transmission to Edcomm.
5) Review customised content from Edcomm.
6) Recommend for acceptance or reversion with comments.7) Relate with potential clients to understand their peculiar needs.
8) Customise a portfolio for each client.
9) Gather client-specific content for Edcomm and customise where required.
Other Requirements: - 1) A good 1st degree. 2) Should have worked in a bank.3) Should have worked in a training department/institution.4) Should have an academic inclination.5) Detail-oriented.6) Should have an understanding of adult learning techniques.7) Should have a strong network in the Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecoms sectors as well as in Government.8) Should have good research skills.9) Excellent business writing skills.
