National Field Sales Manager
Responsible for Regional Field Sales Force Overhead, to effectively drive volume and brand building activities

• Graduate with 10-15 years commercial expertise gained across Consumer
Marketing and/or Customer Management.
•Experience in managing large, remote teams
•A highly motivational coach and leader
•Great People Skills


Procurement manager, Demand
•To manage and co-ordinate procurement spend in the demand category (non-technical) and to promote effective and efficient use of company's funds. In the acquisition of goods and services through procurement of the right quality at the right price and at the right time and place.
• Planning and co-ordination of supply of Point of Sale (POS) and outdoor advertising materials.
• To drive and provide support where required to procurement processes and procedures such as SAP- Purchase to Pay (P2P) and e-procurement.

• Degree qualified with other relevant professional qualification.
• 5 to 10 years relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to analyse technical data in supplier's proposal, excellent communication skill, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and the ability to perform financial
Analysis. . ,
• Ability to interpret, explain and enforce company's policies and procedures.
• Transparent honesty and high integrity.
• A self-starter.



Head of Supply Finance
• To provide financial leadership, expertise and commercial drive as key member of Supply leadership team. Provide key support to the Supply director in execution of transformational change.

• Qualified Accountant with minimum 8 years post qualified commercial financial background within FMCG manufacturing/supply chain environment, with a proven track record of practical application of broad based financial skills alongside in depth operational knowledge.
• Experience of working closely with both in market and cross-functional teams within Supply and ideally Africa. .
•Credible at GM/FD level with highly effective communication skills.
•Extensive project management skills, both as a leader and key team member.
•Strong background in continuous improvement and exposure to implementing best practice in operation and financial management.
