Position: Female Sales Operator
Responsibilities
Follow up with sales enquiries
Effectively manage new and existing client relationships
Needs ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Communicate with customers via telephone, SMS, emails and tickets, and live chat
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Ideal characteristics
Should have strong interest in sales
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Strong organization and time management skills required
Should possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Must be outgoing, self motivated, and have a willingness to work with others
More-than-average knowledge about the use of computers and the Internet
Optional bonus
BSc or HND in a relevant field
Basic sales experience and a good understanding of customer service a plus
Fluency in French or Spanish
Position: Technical Support Operator
Responsibilities
Offer customer service/technical support to web hosting clients via Live web chat, email, telephone, SMS
Troubleshoot and fix any issues customer is having with his/her web hosting account
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Ideal characteristics
Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language to communicate effectively to clients
Ability to work with a team and follow instructions
Outstanding customer service skills
Must be dependable to be at work during assigned shifts
Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisor
Solid understanding of the innards of the Internet (DNS / FTP / Mail / IIS / HTTP / SSL etc..) and knowledge of Cpanel and WHM a must
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows server environments
Advanced Domain knowledge and management
Able to troubleshoot web hosting problems
Optional bonus
Certification: CompTIA Linux+™ or at least Junior Level Linux Professional (LPIC-1)
Basic experience with SQL Server, MySQL and scripting languages such as ASP/ASP.Net, Javascript, PHP, Python, Perl etc Fluency in French or Spanish
