HITV is a new player in the Satellite pay TV market in Nigeria with the potent capability of broadcasting about 200 digital channels and strong customer orientation.

HITV is looking for creative, capable, energetic and innovative builders to construct an entertainment Highway in Nigeria.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
HI001/HR/CFO

The successful candidate will as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) direct and oversee all the financial activities of the company including preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth.

DELIVERABLES
Overseeing the finance. accounting, budgeting. billing and audit function. developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures, creating automated financial and management Information systems, financial programs and supporting systems and making recommendations for change and improvements.
Directing the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, special analyses and information reports, reports to shareholders, tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies.
Reviewing, analyzing and reporting variance of projections of profit, budgeted expenses and turnover against actual figures to pinpoint weak areas and suggesting appropriate methods of improving the planning process.
Provide regular analysis of Cash flow, cost controls and financial statements
Studying long range economic trends and projecting company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisition or expansion into new product

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant first degree in Financial Accounting or related discipline from a
reputable university;
A Professional Qualification (ICAN. ACCA)
A relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience

HEAD LEGAL
HI002/HR/HL

DELIVERABLES
Ensure Compliance with all legal and regulatory laws
Check all contract documentation, agreements and other documents
Undertake high level liaison and consultation with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders
Contribute to the formulation of policies, standards and strategies required by the company to ensure compliance to appropriate legal and regulatory requirements
Advises on Intellectual Property issues in licensing, production, asset acquisition and general commercial transactions.
Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of compliance related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant first degree in Law or related discipline from a reputable
university
A relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage;
A minimum of 7 years relevant experience. Experience in copyright matters will also be beneficial
Must be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines;
Computer literacy;

CREATIVE MANAGER
HI002/HR/HL

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing consistent and integrated brand communication across instore and online graphics.

DELIVERABLES
Determining the best ways to visually represent HiTv and its channels' Identities on screen
Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the creative objectives of each channel and that advance HiTv's overall brand strategy
Responsible for ensuring consistent brand communication across all HiTv
channels
Lead regular creative sessions for developing concepts, ideas and programs
Establish creative direction for all HiTv channels and programs
Supervise and inspire the creative team and copywriters to generate multiple concepts and manage them through to completion
Provide quality control over concepts and projects

A relevant first degree in graphics/creative or related discipline from a reputable university
A relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Must be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines;

HEAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

DELlVERABLES
Ensure the smooth running of all the operations of the internet unit.
Provide a detailed project plan and analysis to guide the smooth take-off of all internet projects from inception prior to execution.
Provide regular weekly reports on activities of the internet unit.
Provide a suitable working environment for internet staff that enhances superior performance.
Maintain a record of activities, innovations, improvements and developments in related fields essential for the optimization of all internet operations.
Ensure acceptable levels of quality are achieved in all aspects of operations including project analysis, deployment, field operations, testing and commissioning, network uptime and customer satisfaction.

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

DELIVERABLES
Assist Human Resources Manager
Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting. hiring, compensation. and benefits
Assist in gathering Information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history
Assist in recording staff information on HRIS database. Use the data to update personnel files
Assist in preparing employee reports for managers in the organization
Assist with training and development for the organization

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant first degree in social sciences or related discipline from a
reputable university
A relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage;
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human resources
Must be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines;

MARKETING ANALYST

DELIVERABLES
Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities
Design research projects that answer specific business questions
Develop focus groups and surveys to capture market research data
Analyze marketing metrics to Identify cause-effect relationship
between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
Manage market segmentations, targeting and positioning exercise as need by the organization

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant first degree in sciences, social sciences or related discipline from a reputable university
A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage;
A minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in a market research environment
Must be analytical with good oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent presentation skills and proven ability to service multiple internal customers as well as manage research agencies and other suppliers
