Other Info:		The entry test is in stages; Prior to assessment, consideration will only be given to recent graduates with 2.2 minimum degree. 1st Stage. Use of Application form; Candidates will be asked to write an essay as part of the application form. This will be used to assess grammar, spelling and ability to communicate in writing as well as depth of thought and knowledge matter 2nd Stage. Test ; Candidates will be invited for an aptitude test - numeric and verbal 3rd Stage. Interview; This is to assess communication skills, personality and to confirm details provided on application form and CV We are keen to ensure only candidates with a high probality of success join the programme in order to have a high rate of success.
