(a) Position: Senior Lecturer/Consultant:

Job: Management Training (General Management/ Human Resources)
Qualification: Minimum of Masters Degree
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in Management Training General/HR Management

Key responsibilities: Packaging marketing and Coordinating of training programes

Prepare and deliver management lectures


Skills-Must have excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
Proficient in use of Ms-word, Ms-excel, Ms-Powerpoint
Be proactive, a good team player and ability to work with minimal supervision

II Position: Senior Lecturer/Consultant

Job: Management Training (Finance & Accounting)
Qualification: At least Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Must be a Chartered Accountant
Experience: At least 7 years experience in Management Training (Finance & Accounting)


Key responsibilities: Coordinating and packaging training programmes
Marketing of training programmes
Prepare and deliver management lectures

Skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
Proficient in use of Ms-word packages.

(b) Position: Senior Consultant


Job: Management Consulting
Qualification: Minimum of Masters Degree
Possession of a higher certificate will be an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Management Consultancy

Key responsibilities: Procure and execute consultancy assignments
Initiate and conduct research on relevant social, economic and industrials issues and prepare reports on them.

Skills-Must have excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
Have strong analytical, report writing skills
Proficient in use of Ms-word package,
Be able to work with minimum supervision.
