Urgent vacancies in a mortgage bank

Hello, A Private Mortgage Instituton/Mortgage Bank based in Lagos require to urgently fill some vacancies in its offices in Lekki, Lagos, as follows:

1. Financial Controller a) BSc or higher in related disciplineb) ACA, fully chartered with years of experience post qualification c) at least 5 years FC class experience in a high quality company d) at least 2-5 years of Banking experience Will be charged with the reponsibility of ensuring department fuctions, provide leadership, operational expertise and support to management of bank on Financial, Accounting, Internal Control and Audit.

2. Head of Department, Legal Services a) BL/LLB or higherb) Membership of NBAc) at least 2 years HOD experience in a high quality company d) Some years of banking experience will be an added advantage Will be charged with the reponsibility of ensuring department fuctions, provide leadership, operational expertise and support to management of bank on Legal, regulatory, policies, and conflict management/resolution areas. understanding or property laws and mortgage regulations are critical for this position.

3. Head of Department, Human Resources a) BSc or higher in related disciplineb) NIM or similar Association's Membership c) at least 2 years HOD experience in a high quality company d) Some years of banking experience will be an added advantage Will be charged with the reponsibility of ensuring department fuctions, provide leadership, operational expertise and support to management of bank on employment/recruitment procedure, policies, employee rights, laws and regulatory relating to employment of persons, contracting of consultants and agents, staff establishment, appraisal and promotion policies and practices and similar HR issues are critical for this position.

4. Management Trainee, Human Resources a) BSc in related disciplineb) NIM or similar Association's Membership c) at least 2 years experience in a high quality company Will be charged with the reponsibility of SUPPORTING the HOD in ensuring department fuctions with understanding and some experience in employment/recruitment procedure, policies, employee rights, laws and regulatory relating to employment of persons, contracting of consultants and agents, staff establishment, appraisal and promotion policies and practices and similar HR issues are critical for this position. This is a management trainee position, and the successful candidate is likely to move on the promotion ladder to senior management position as rapidly as competences are shows to higher level responsbilities.

5. Mortgage Bank Branch Service Head a) BSc or higher in related disciplineb) ACA or CIBN fully chartered with years of experience post qualification c) at least 5 years Banking experience with Branch Head assignment notable commercial or mortgage bank Will be charged with the reponsibility of heading and managing leadership, operations and management of Mortgage Bank's branch, ensuring that all policies related to customer service, effective branch operations ets are adhered to, with target attainment.

6. Head of Mortgage Banking Operations a) BSc or higher in related disciplineb) CIBN or ACA, fully chartered with years of experience post qualification c) at least 3 years as Head, Banking Operations in a high quality mortgage or commercial bank Will be charged with the reponsibility of ensuring department fuctions, provide leadership, operational expertise and support to management of bank on Mortgage Bank Operations and Control.
